These terms govern your use of Viviviz. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Viviviz.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Viviviz to publish unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or to abuse the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep Viviviz available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will let you know of material changes; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
